Attorney Wanda Kudrycka is a member of the State Bar of California and the Warsaw Bar Association. She specializes in advising startups and venture capital funds and assisting technology companies with expanding into the US market. She is a graduate of Stanford Law School (LLM) and Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. In addition, she studied at the University of Hamburg and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Lumus Investment Collective.
Wanda Kudrycka’s reputation and experience come from her notable work with Am Law 100 law firm and her work as an in-house lawyer at a Silicon Valley startup. She was also an in-house counsel in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Wanda Kudrycka’s diverse expertise in venture capital financings, M&A transactions, intellectual property transfers and licensing, and commercial contracts coupled with her experience in flipping up European corporations to the U.S. make her a well-versed startup attorney.
